Strong Blend

A typical Italian coffee blend, from the very best green coffees, results in this strong Italian espresso, perfect in taste.

The roast period amounts between 12 and 14 minutes and is carried out in a barrel roaster, whereby we pay accurate attention to a constant enhancement of heat, in order to avoid harmful, sudden temperature changes. Throughout the roast, approximately 1000 new substances are created; sugar and proteins conjoin and create an aromatic compound. Likewise, the chemical constitution of the acid alters during the roast and the coffee gains in expressiveness. Towards the end of the roast, oils are released, which round off the taste of the coffee.

Regular Blend

This coffee blend features a smooth and subtle taste. It is a blend for connoisseurs, aromatic and of stimulating effect.
